Bible Tassels

We're officially back in session for our fall semester! For those needing a recap or if you're new here, we ended last semester creating vision and prayer boards for the change we needed to see in ourselves for the remainder of the year. To start this semester I would like to encourage everyone to dive deeper and even more so by making sure we are diving into the word.

️ For the month of August we will be creating bible tassels (aka bible book marks)! I don't know about you all but I sometimes need a shiny push to help make sure I'm getting the right things done. Whether it's a fancy cup to put my ice water in, or a snack dressed up as sweet and dessert like if it's going to be something healthy I should be eating. I just know I will love opening up my bible more and finding a word for myself if I have a friendly reminder of what we all came together in community to create and knowing that I am not alone in needing his everyday guidance. 

✂️The conference room at Starbucks Mercy is free of charge and drinks and snacks will be available for purchase upon arrival before heading up the stairs and entering the room. For participation I do ask if everyone can grab a roll or two of ribbon or yarn of their choice to contribute to the pot selection. Hobby Lobby usually has the best deals and selection, but I do also frequent Michaels or Walmart. Ribbon can be thin or thick and any color/pattern/design you find fun!

I cannot wait to reconnect with everyone and get to know the new faces that have joined the group!
